my daughter and I were given a chalet that was frozen, snow and ice everywhere and the heating had not been put on, and did not make much difference when it was.after two visits to reception to complain we were given a warmer room.both rooms had bins that had not been emptied and the second room had takeaway wrappers in the bedside drawer

Friendly staff & free parking.

It's quite cold in the room, and the heating could be improved. There is a portable heater, but it doesn't work very well.

A very good and comfortable bar area, staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The actual chalet is not part of the hotel/bar building. An interesting experience, but the downside was that the heating was past its best.

This is great value for your money. Somewhere to rest your head after a night out in the city. Staff were super friendly. Will defo stay again.

Easy access to chalet from carpark good space inside lots of light from large window heating came on later in the evening although there is a mobile radiator available if cold. Bed was clean but not very comfy. Plenty of tea and coffee.Room was clean with lots of towels,

Bathroom. It was cold no hot water, toilet seat annoying!

Wife complained to me she was bit by bed bugs on plane next morning
