Castle Terrace (B3 R2)

Location

Unclean, fridge shower room floor sticky. Lay on my coat the first night with my towel as cover as bed was not clean...such a shame, as location was perfect told me it was a budget accommodation, implying meaning unclean, pictures look great ...but property does not match

Never book this property . The hot water burnt my BF skin because there was no combination cold tap on shower because it was broken .

The access to the property took us 2 hours because the instructions were confusing and there are 3 complicated locks which is nearly impossible to manage .

Near to my work

The policy of filling forms was not straightforward and demanding the deposit and required passports It took us 4 hours to complete and arrived to the property very late when we were very tired and went bed straight away.

I like the location

Except that I couldn't have a shower because there is no cold water. The hot water was scalding hot and I got scalded

The rug is dirty and room smelling,not even a air freshener,
