The shower was broke, spurting out from the hose and on a ridiculously high temperature so scolded me quite badly TV didn't work no cutlery, only one bowl and plate in the kitchen mould on the ceiling filthy around the back of the toilet dirty carpets broken blind stained carpets stained sheet exposed wires above the door

TV didn't work, I told them and after an initial response asking me what the issue was didn't get a reply.

Poor communication.

Was secure and the bed was comfy

Stains on the quilt, broken blinds, dead spiders, pubic hair in the bed, broken toilet, no cutlery or bowls

terrible communication. tried to call them, email them , i couldnt even get the key and I needed to book another apartment. Noone answer for your phonecall, noone answer for your emails. Scammers be aware!
