Everything met my standards

It was comfortable and clean

This is a room not an apartment and we were very disappointed when we arrived that kitchen etc were not in the same place. The TV was broken couldnt get it to work at all and the shower you wasn't able to turn down the temperature so you had to be really quick before it scalded you. I did report these. We stayed 2 nights

Location

Room was not as described plates cutlery glassware left in room was all dirty still have food on from last guest. Carpet was stained and smelt. Toilet is not secure to the floor and moved. Shower door was broken off its rails tv wasn’t working correctly (remote) WiFi name stated was not available and pass code did not work any of the others. Room generally was unclean and smelt.

Shower was too hot

Shower screen was broken and shower head been held on with black tape, both of which I reported once I had settled into the property. Bathroom dirty with urine stains and smell. Carpet needs a good clean. Could not get the tv to work at all so just gave up with it in the end. I know this is a budget stay but cleanliness was not up to scratch. I have also been charged £75 from my bank account which I do not know what is for I am trying to find out why I have been charged this as the damaged shower issues were not caused by us, we reported the issue and send pics of the issues. Overall disappointing stay.
