Ilias Place

Wir kamen sehr spät in der Nacht, die Fähre hatte mächtig Verspätung. Zu unserer Überraschung stand unser Gastgeber Dimitris am Port und wartete auf uns. Der Weg vom Port aus ist nicht weit, auch mit schwerem Rucksack gut laufbar. Wir bezogen ein sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Absolut sauber, gute Betten, niedliches Bad. Zum Strand ist es Katzensprung und alles Nötige ist in der Nähe. Dimitris ist immer um seine Gäste bemüht und unglaublich freundlich. Wir haben um zwei weitere Nächte verlängert. 😃

A very simple building, but when you open the door, you will find a very nice and modern studio, with everything you need. Nice beds, lovely bathroom, nice balcony, modern kitchenette. And then you will meet Dimitris who is so lovely and kind. He gives you very good suggestions on places to visit, restaurants and so on. We really loved his place.

Kurze Wege zum Strand, in den Ort und zum Anleger. Der Besitzer Ilias ist sehr zuverlässig , hilfsbereit und sehr angenehm.

Dmitri, the owner, went out of his way to be super helpful even from the first day and was always checking that we were happy. The rooms were perfect, really clean, and the cleaners tidied it up so nicely every day. The room had great facilities like a fridge and a clothes line outside with pegs. Location was a 2 minute walk from the beach and we really appreciated being a little further from the hustle and bustle of Chora. 5 minutes walk away, by the port, there’s a bus that covers lots of the island so travel wasn’t an issue. Dmitri also helped us with finding restaurants, boat tours and ATV rentals. Would 100% come back here!

j’ai bien aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel, proche du port facile d’accès. L’hôte est très sympa, bonne communication et réactif. Chambre très propre et comme sur les photos. Douche fonctionnelle.

The host was incredibly nice, and the room was very clean and charming. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, with the bus stop and port nearby, making it very easy to get around the village. There are also many delicious cafés close by. If I visit Ios Island again, I will definitely stay at Ilias’ place!
