Marika Apartments

Compared with many accommodations in Kassiopi the location is brilliant. The view from the seafront appartments, the proximity both to the pebbled beach/sea and the restaurants/shops is great ..... plus the ability to park nearby is a bonus and unusual in the area.

There is no TV in the appt Athough obviously you do not go on holiday to watch TV .... should the weather change as it did during our stay with spectacular downpours and lightning , then anyone with children might have some difficulty as also the WIFI is basically non-existant. It will generally work at 7am or between 11pm and midnight. On arrival, I had occasion to ring the number listed on my booking for contact 'locally',to query about 6 persons using the sunbeds/pool I believed not to be guests and that other guests were also concerned about this. The male answering advised me that the number I rang was for emergencies only and he was not helpful. I attended the local office the following morning where I spoke with 2 very pleasant and helpful ladies about the initial matter There was a male present but It was not until several minutes into the conversation and at a point that I mentioned "a grumpy male answered" etc that he spoke up as being that person ! After an initial reluctance this man actually dealt with the matter personally and very well. It was a shame it took such a dicussion and visit to the office to resolve the matter.

the location was perfect it's very safe and beautiful area

The apartment was not clean, we asked to change towels and they refused at first and in the end they changed, the bed is not comfortable at all. The toilet and shower are very old and need a deep clean from mould and other stuff. We asked about parking and they said there was paid parking 200 meters away, but there was a parking lot that belonged to the apartment and was adjacent to it 10 meters away. the location is great but the facilities of the apartment are very minimal. WiFi wasn't working most of the time in our apartment.

The location is exceptional. Great views and very peaceful. More space than expected as we asked for a studio with sea view but got a one bedroom with sea view on the first floor.

The twin beds were very uncomfortable. Pool cleaned a couple of times a week but not thoroughly. Some residents were not as helpful as others keeping the pool area tidy. Bins emptied regularly, but there was no cleaning. There were no mops or brushes either to allow us to clean ourselves.

Great location

Excellent communication with questions answered promptly. The apartment is centrally located with wonderful views across the bay. It is kept clean by regular housekeeping visits and the staff are very welcoming.

No issues

Fabulous location. Right next to the beach. Short walk to the town and Harbour.

The beds were firm.

Fantastic apartments, everything we needed for our wedding party in June. Several couples and families stayed across the apartments, and everyone was so impressed. The location is an absolute standout, beautiful sea views, and sunsets from the balcony or pool. Really good standard of cleaning, all facilities were modern and fresh. We cooked a home meal for 16 people in one of the kitchens, so it really did have enough facilities, more than average in Kassiopi. Our air conditioning wasn't turning on in the first day, Travel Corner were really helpful and got that resolved quickly. The air conditioning after that was excellent. Couldn't recommend enough.

There isn't anything negative

Best apartments in Kassiopi by far, excellent facilities, very clean and modern and fantastic location. Fully equipped kitchen, great shower, and pool area. The sea views are stunning and just a quick walk to the main square. Excellent value for money for such a high standard
