The food and the staff was good.

The room wasn’t not clean and the toilet didn’t meet the expectations.

Pros 1. Location - It's amidst the plantations, so it's really peaceful! Away from the crowd, and amidst nature. You can walk around the plantations for a few kms, to the owner's bungalow etc it's really nice! All you hear is the leaves.. and birds chirping throughout the day!! 2. Service - The staff - bishal and Sanjay!! A special shoutout to them! The staff were available to us at any point of our stay. 3. Accomodating - I wanted a birthday cake for midnight... and informed them a bit late in the evening. They managed to get me the cake I wanted at such short notice! Huge shoutout for that!

Coms 1. Commute - The car/bike can be taken till the reception of the stay. Post that, the jeep takes you to the stay, which is about 2-3kms further into the plantation. So if we need anything further from the car, might be a bit difficult to get (thankfully when I needed something from the car, they agreed to take me in the jeep! ) 2. Photos on booking.com - he photos shown on booking.com aren't entirely accurate. They have 2 properties within this 370 acres. You can't really walk from/to the other property as it's a few kms distance. We had certain expectations from the stay, looking at the photos. but when we saw the property, it turned out to me different. And some photos, like the one with the outdoor patio furniture... They said that it was old photos and are not available now. 3. Overpriced - We made the booking mainly coz of the photos. And we spent 3400 rupees for one night. After staying, this kinda seemed overpriced. It said farm resort... Maybe their plantation stay, had a better property (based on the photos, not sure)... But the farm resort, is more like a farm stay.

Not a nice welcome gesture for family with kids. 5. Not interested to know the feedback. 6. Found red scorpion 🦂 in room, lucky enough to not get sting.

The resort is amazing Very peaceful Anand the manager was really helpful with everything we needed He took us on a walk through his farm which was wonderful I certainly recommend staying here

Unfortunately we did have a major problem on our last night with guests in the next room but Anand dealt with it promptly
