We are stay in two' days at dew drops The environmental is really good Food was good and room service also Thanks for your excellent hospitality

The location is amazing if you like to be isolated and surrounded by nature. It is surrounded by jungle, river and wildlife. The building and surround areas are beautiful. The gardens and property are well maintained. Bird watching opportunities right in the courtyard. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The property demanded that I pay a deposit privately outside of booking.com through some local service using QR code. And they kept bugging me about it for several days and 2 days before arrival, threatened to cancel my booking. I finally got a local person to do it for me. Totally stressful experience and unacceptable to demand private payment. Also they do not really respect the free cancellation policy although it is an option. The interior of rooms are outdated, dark and dingy. It just feels old and poorly maintained. See the dirty bucket in the photo. The towels likely needs replacing. Loud noise all through the night from the attic. Probably rats!

The rooms are good The property is well maintained very peaceful stay Away from the city crowd .

The location and calmness it offered. The trekking within the facility was a major attraction and it allowed us to explore and experience nature freshness.

Suggestion to include variety in their food menu
