The hotel was very terrible. No such thing to like. I ran away every morning from the motel! So dirty and lot of mosquito, no drinking water. It's like room underground and very scary

No reception, no drinking water in room, no proper lock for door, lot of insects and it's bite me n my kids. It's balcony modify to room. So so dirt. If give for free stay also I won't. No safe for ladies and family. U can't sleep til 12 midnight coz got disco and the sound hear untill ur room. Reception won't be responsible for anything. They wil say, adjust til 12 midnite, the sound wil stop. So u hv to wait til 12 midnight then only can sleep. The towel, omg, so smelly. Got spider in bathroom and smelly. I chcekin at 11 pm, by 7am, I pack everything n ran away. Can't stand. Better avoid this hotel. Lot of cigarettes in floor,

I disliked that the staff did not speak any English. When my friend and I arrived at 11-12, our room was not ready and we wondered if the place had a luggage room. The place did not have one and they said that if something is stolen it is not Urban Stay's fault. My friend and I therefore said that we would come back when the room is ready and that we would leave our luggage somewhere else. The staff interpreted this as us not wanting to stay overnight at the place and when we returned at 5pm we called booking.com who told us which room was ours. The door was closed and we knocked on the door, there was a half-naked unconscious woman lying in the bed we had been given. The room had not been cleaned and the bed linen was off. This woman also did not speak English and was laughing at us. A very unpleasant experience. After a lot of back and forth, my friend and I had to check into a hotel next door with a much higher price. Fortunately, we got our money refunded.
