Cheap

This hotel is a budget option, but unfortunately, it falls short in many areas. While the price is very cheap, the condition of the hotel is poor. The owner is not helpful—when I asked for a towel, I was told to go pick it up from a clothesline outside. The hotel itself is dirty, with stains on the bedsheets, and the bed and toilet were not properly cleaned. It really felt more like a place that had been neglected and left in a state of disrepair, like an abandoned hotel. Even though it's a budget hotel, that doesn’t mean it should be this messy and poorly maintained. The owner should put more effort into keeping the property clean and welcoming.

Everything was fine until two hours after check-in, when the staff repeatedly called me. She asked me to collect money from a walk-in customer and deposit it into her account. This was both awkward and unprofessional. There was no TV and glass in the room. Before our stay here, we booked a budget hotel costing RM 70+, which included a TV with Netflix and YouTube.
