RECEPTION HOURS Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays and holidays: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE CLOSED (check-in will be self-check-in; we will send you access instructions). Reception is only open on Sundays from June 1st to September 30th. Outside of reception hours, we have drop boxes for leaving room/apartment keys. Guests must contact the property to confirm their arrival after closing time and to receive check-in instructions. We provide daily room cleaning, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, when only the common areas are cleaned. In apartments, cleaning is weekly for stays longer than 7 days.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
