RECEPTION HOURS Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays and holidays: 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE CLOSED (check-in will be self-check-in; we will send you access instructions). Reception is only open on Sundays from June 1st to September 30th. Outside of reception hours, we have drop boxes for leaving room/apartment keys. Guests must contact the property to confirm their arrival after closing time and to receive check-in instructions. We provide daily room cleaning, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, when only the common areas are cleaned. In apartments, cleaning is weekly for stays longer than 7 days.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. We liked everything about the location, the only small problem was with the shower head which was leaking water everywhere and it was a bit annoying, but otherwise everything was perfect

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Muy buena experiencia. El trato fue excelente desde el primer momento. No pusieron ninguna pega a nuestras peticiones, algo que en muchos sitios sí ocurre. Además, tuvieron el detalle de acomodarnos y explicarnos todo con mucha amabilidad. Nos hicieron sentir muy cómodos. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!
