Breakfast was alright

How friendly the the staff were Alex and bar staff was very nice to me and my family

I liked that it's a big space near the pool and snack bar where you can walk and buy things. I also thought that the breakfast should be more varried and better made as the bacon for example was oily and the eggs were a bit cold. And the coffe machine at the breakfast area should have proper coffe as the one they serve is definitely not near a late or americano you would expect, list they have good coffe at the snack bar. One thing to remember if you are a couple or a family with children please know that the music is played until 12 at night every day so it's noisy. If you get a room that looks old you can tell them you want a proper room as you paid your money so don't allow them to just give you any room as it happened to us although we appreciate that we were moved to a clean and better room in the main building. It was an interesting atmosphere. Taxis are expensive if you go in the main city of Zante. Overall good hotel.

Every day English songs are played continuously until 11pm so a bit noisy.Guests are not very mannered when it comes to their dressing. Plenty bees around the pool and on the balcony, be carefully.

Verry friendly staff, they are available 24 hours a day. They prepared us a breakfast to go, which was huge and delicious. Good location, it took as 7 minutes from the hotel to the airport.

The accommodation had a bad smell and the floors were also not cleaned (the bathroom and the room were otherwise clean). Due to the musty smell, we opened the balcony door during the night, and as a result we had more than 20 mosquitoes in the room. In the and we were happy that we stayed there only for 1 night because it seems that this accommodation is a bit overpriced considering the quality.

PRO's: a very clean room, with a regular housekeeping - we recieved new towels everyday. The pool is very nice, the location is a little bit isolated, compared with the other parts of the island. The airport is very close to the hotel. The staff from the reception was very helpful.

CON's: * The apartments are not the best isolated. Practically you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms/ balconies. -->Not the best place for a relaxed holiday. It is close to the party zone of Laganas, during the nights you can hear music / quads / airplanes etc. etc. ** The breakfast was the same in every morning...we stayed a week. Lot of pastry, small amount of veggies... *** The pictures on the site are not relevant...practically the apartmant looked totally different...// The bathroom is not the best... **** the swimming pool closes at 19.00. coming back from the beach and drink something good is not possible in the early evenings...(the staff said this is the protocol to clean the pool...but at least in the summer season they could extend the program to 21.00...or at least 20.30)... ***** there are no knifes or forks/ plates in the apartmant. we bought a glass of wine...even the bottle opener was missing.

Very quite area. Staff was nice, if you have a problem with something they try to help you.

The room was big, breakfast was ok, the air condition was great, free mini bus to the beach close to the airport. 40 mins by walk

The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, the breakfast offers good and healthy food. The kitchen service is efficient, delicious greek cuisine and a very good price.
