Maria is the best host we have ever had so far. I don't think we will have a better one. She is kind, energetic and helpful. She made us feel like we are at our own home. The room was clean, it was big enough, it had everything we need, the view was amazing, it was close to the port (by motorbike,10 min.) Maria gave us valuable suggestions about where to go, what to do, she even helped us solve some vacation crises. All in all, everything was perfectly Okey.

Maria is a very kind and respectful host trying her best to comfort guests. She is easy to communicate and has a positive attitude. It was a nice experience for me to stay here.

The owner of the place was Maria is a fantastic person. She is so hospitable and friendly, also very kind and helpful.

It is a little bit far away from the Chios center but if you have a car, it is easy to access everywhere in 15 or 20 minutes.

Maria must be one of the best hosts! Very welcoming, flexible and responsive. We had a very last minute booking and yet she stretched her schedule and went out of her way as I came for a surprise visit for my dad’s birthday. Our studio was perfectly sized, has great amenities, with a great balcony offering a wonderful sea view! Beach was couple of metres away from us! We were staying only two nights and yet our room was refreshed and new towels were provided. The location is an ideal distance to airport, ferry port, Karfas, Pyrgi and other great locations on the island. I really recommend this place and certainly the host. A very warm thank you to Maria again!

Maria, the host, is a great person and she helped us more than what were expected. She gave to us a very early check in and a late check out. We will go again to her hotel.
