BATU Luxury Apartments

Beautiful, quiet, away from it all holiday, but within walking distance of beaches (three different beaches along the coastline) and restaurants and small, local supermarkets independently run. Very quite. Residential area mostly. Two pools equal size big enough for me to swim in. Exceptional staff. Just very friendly but in a low key way. All women which was really nice! My daughter celebrated her birthday while there and they gave her the most delicious chocolate cake from the best local bakery, complete with candle-a very lovely gesture! Ideal location for a few days away. Short ride to airport. Perfect Appartment for us. Taxi to Prevezia one day-and the beach there too. Also very lovely!

Clean , modern building , spacious room. Everything is newly built, without any wear. The design of the room is very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very good sower gel and shampoo ( high quality brand toiletry ). The host left us a nice surprise, a bottle of wine as a welcome package .

The breakfast was something of a new experience. It is delivered to the room as there is no designated area. It is made out of fruits , yoghurt and some pastry (from some local barkery, see pics) . The AC vent in the room is mounted above the bed , quite difficult to sleep with the cold air blowing for it. We had to turn it off during the night for health reasons. My wife complained about the shower head as there is no standing shower head so you'll have to use it from your hand ( long hair is hard to wash). The pools are quite small and in front of other rooms.

The perfect holiday: instantly feels like home, extremely well made, impeccably clean, has two pools - strategically located so that one is in the shadow in the morning and the other in the afternoon. I am definitely coming back - and can’t wait! Btw Mitikas itself is also great: small village with great beach, cafes where they remember your preferences after two visits and start serving you “as usual”

Our stay at Batu Apartments in Preveza was just fantastic. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this apartment is serviced and offers both peace and convenience. The property has two small/medium-sized pools that are waiting for you after your days trips to cool down from the Greek heat. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean, which is indicative of the level of hygiene maintained by the management. The host and staff at Batu Apartments have been outstanding and made our stay totally perfect. I should highlight that we also had amazing dining experiences thanks to great recommendations from the host. Strangely enough, none of the "best" restaurants are located downtown Preveza City Center, but close to Batu. Our host shared a very helpful list with plenty of recommendations and we went to almost every single one of them and none of them was disappointing at all. The only minor downside we encountered was the necessity of having a car. However, this is a common requirement when exploring Greece, especially if you want to discover the beauty of the mainland. I highly recommend renting a car and taking some day trips to fully experience the region. The Batu team is more than happy to provide suggestions for excursions and sights to see. In conclusion, our stay at Batu Apartments was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Preveza. We can't wait to return!

Just amazing! This place is absolutely beautiful. You feel instantly comfortable and relaxed and so welcome. Giota is the most wonderful and hospitable person. We can’t thank her and the team enough! We hope to be back soon.

I felt so welcome and cared for, not only that but the place & women running it have such a beautiful energy. I cannot express how much I loved my stay here and how smooth, healing and relaxing everything was. The facilities were also amazing everything was super clean, super nice furnishings etc. Just overall a very beautiful place. Thank you so much again Dora, Giota & Elza for this beautiful experience <3 In terms of location its just a few minutes walk to the beach which was usually empty and if you walk along the beach line there are other small beaches and the water is super clear. There are also 2 little supermarkets in walking distance and to get from the airport to the property is a super quick taxi ride. Overall i can only recommend this place and I'm already thinking of when ill return :D
