"Fairly remote holiday accommodation"

This is self catering holiday accommodation with no one to assist you at check in. It was cold and we could not get any of the heating devices to work except the gas heater which we turned off before going to bed. We were only there one night so hard to judge on that experience, but this is not a serviced hotel

"lovely place if one has considerate neighbours."

All good, but out of your control and what I did not expect was the noisy neighbours upstairs, very close to us. Last time I did not have any people upstairs, and all was wonderfully quiet, so this was disappointing. We ended up sitting inside instead of on the stoep, and had to close the big window whihc I had wide open last time. I wished for quiet and birdsong. They enjoyed themselves. We did less so.
