Great location for families, warm and friendly staff.

Rooms are basic but I guess that matches the price. The pool area could use a bit of TLC (eg tiles around edge coming off with black mold around). Although Nothing that detracted from our experience. The only downfall was the breakfast. It was very basic and there is definite room for improvement, especially given that there is a great restaurant on site. It was basic packaged yogurts and deli meat and cold hard boiled eggs. Our rate included breakfast but we only ate there one of our four mornings.

Location was good at the end of the pedestrian walkway and perfect to stroll along the Oia shops and bars for the obligatory sunset shot (avoid worst of crowds at Castle and head to windmills). The property doesn’t face the picturesque bays but that meant it was quieter. We were located at the back of the site and our terrace was very spacious with beds and seats. Pool area was very good. Food by pool was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The reception and entrance area doesn’t give the greatest first impression, (although the receptionist staff are lovely) - reception a bit dated and cluttered. Lots of half-dead tomato plants outside. Overall, the site could do with a bit of a tidy and fix-up (some broken umbrellas and beds hanging around).

Beautiful property. We had a superior apartment. Beautiful pool and pool bar. Also lovely restaurant attached. Staff were helpful. We had to check out of our room by 11 and our flight wasn’t until the evening but we could leave our bags and still use the pool etc. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Great having an outdoor terrace,

Excellent location. Right at the start of the main shopping pedestrian strip but without paying the astronomical prices. Everything was clean, pool was nice. Host arranged our transport which worked out perfectly.

the pool area was beautiful, the sun loungers had pillows on which is great. The location was amazing, right by the main bit of Oia but on the side that wasn't as busy which was perfect. A few of us had a late flight and they let us have a room all day so we could get changed/ shower which was so nice. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was nice and reasonably priced. I also called really last minute to see if we could have a transfer to the port and they organised it really quickly for us. They also provided towels to use by the pool which was great.

Our air con was stuck on locked mode so we couldn't adjust it, but we didn't ask the staff to look at it so it could have been a quick fix. There was only one pillow each but again we didn't mention it so I am sure if we had asked for another that would have been a quick fix! Would still definitely recommend staying here, it was beautiful

The owner/manager really tried to please us and provided a very good breakfast.

The double bed bed was up against a wall and was very difficult to enter for 1 of 2 persons sleeping in bed. The stairs down and up from room was very difficult for person with balance issues and weakness and there were now handrails for stairs. I fell walking up outside stairs.
