Friendly staff, helpful, very welcoming. The location was great, the room was larger than expected. The room and property were very clean. I will definitely return.

The staff were exceptionally friendly!! In an amazing area with everything in walking distance. Also favourite staff member had to be the villa dog. Highlight of the trip! Loved the heated bed made our sleep much more enjoyable.

Due to it been winter the pool wasn’t an option, which is understandable.

The room is big and convenient, the food is brilliant.

It's so cold in night, and there's no comforter.

He was great when our flight was 4 hrs delayed he arranged a taxi for us and was very helpful. The dinner was lovely

The bed and it took along time for the hot water to come through.

It’s situated right in the center of Oia but away from the main crowds by the castle area which meant it was quieter. The staff were all really friendly and accommodating when our ferry was delayed and we arrived 6am. Breakfast was chosen by filling in a form and was good. We stayed 29th of October- I used the pool which wasn’t heated but soon got used to the cooler temperature. There is a bar area and jacuzzi by the pool these weren’t open/available possibly due to it being out of season

The hotel is located in Oia central place easy to explore Oia and very near to multiple shops and markets.

There is no view of any natural places.

This hotel is right at the end of the walkable path in oia, making it very convenient for a night stroll. The room was reasonably big and equipped with a small kitchen, and a fridge.

The breakfast (15€ for 2 people) was embarrassingly bad. Very few options and really low quality. We couldn't finish ours. Staff was borderline rude.
