Cara Melissa, Residenze d’Epoca has been on outstanding choice during our time in Siena. Michelle’s welcome was so warming , reassuring and informative. First impressions have an impact. Michelle’s communication was immediate, we always knew she was there for any guidance and suggestions re Siena. Michelle’s English was excellent - which helped a-lot for her and her Italian for my wife! The 100% fully secured , elevator entrance, then the ‘wow’ factor greeted us to our sumptuous apartment. Centuries old, historic home with exquisitely congruent furnishings and decor. Ultra tall ceilings and generous space. The large bed and pillows very comfortable and the apartment cooled with 2 air cons. The morning ritual of opening shutters from the 4th floor is a timeless experience. Lounge/dining room space is huge, with incredibly comfortable sitting options. We have stayed in 12 cities in Europe - and this is our best experience. Thank you warmly both Melissa and Michelle. Leaving . We fell in love .

One of the most remarkable places I've ever stayed. Large appartment in style of the 500 years old building, with matching furniture. Like being in a museum. Quite, close to the city centre, free parking nearby, very helpfull staff and owner. If and when back in beautiful Siena I know where to stay.

Fantastic place, we felt the emotion of sleeping in a historic Luxury apartment, as we travel back in time…

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the shower was narrow.

Stayed in the Imperial Suite during a romantic trip to Sienna, we couldn't have picked a more magnificent place to stay. The sheer grandeur of this place is mind-boggling. You genuinely feel like you're staying in a period palace... you half expect to see 18th Century nobility walk by! Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and very spacious, an excellent kitchen (should you need such a thing), a bottle of fizz to enjoy, great location, a real taste of regency Italy done to such quality you'll struggle to find anything as good anywhere. Special mention to the ceilings, just a magnificent place.

No complaints whatsoever.

I loved this place! My only complaint is that the listing makes it seem like you see the duomo from the room and you definitely do not. But everything else was great. Super comfy beds, great decor and location. It was easy to check in and I would go back for a night or two again!

Again, I really thought we'd have a view of the duomo, but whatever, it's a ten minute walk away and the place is super cute!
