Spacious and beautiful apartment. Excellent location.

There was nothing to hang clothes on after using the washing machine. A drying rack would be good. Also no shampoo or conditioner provided and only one tea bag was provided.

Air conditioning only available in one room, located in ZTL, not easy to get there

Advertised as AC but this was on the top floor and only one unit that only server the living room. Main bedroom did not have air and was sweltering all night. Had a lift but still had 2 flights of stairs. Very disappointing.

The location was excellent with easy walks to main tourist attractions and the apartment so comfortable. Melissa and Michelle was so helpful with recommendations and making restaurant reservations for us.

One of the most unique hotels I've had the privilege of staying in. The location to all the major sites of Siena couldn't be better, and Melissa, Michelle, and team were wonderful to communicate with and offered plenty of recommendations.

No negatives to report, just make sure you know what you're booking and set your expectations accordingly. (It's a 500 year old building!)
