Add more parking area.

The location is really good since it is near to all tourist spots.

Just a small issue in some of the amenities (eg. intermittent wifi) but bearable.

The property offered pay at the property option. Only to find out on the day that they've request for a deposit outside Booking.com! They did not cancel anything from their end so I thought seeing a valid booking in the app, there would be no problem. On the day of the check in, my family was not accepted and we've travelled so far to get into the flat! I've been booking a lot across countries and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Don't book in this place.

The room is very spacious. They allow small dogs. Its great value for family in baguio

The location is near burnham park however its a few minutes walk to the park entrance. Also the location is a bit steep for cars and for seniors to walk up.

The kitchen is not functional. The hot plate of the stove is broken and the electric kettle is also broken
