near the burnharm park, the hotel room price is cheap than others

not good for kids, too much high the place. im too tired to go up

One thing i like in the property is very convenient to go in nearby places like burnham park, SM Supermarket etc. The room is very spacious u can relax well. It is good to stay with 5-10 family members.

Water dripping from the kitchen which is coming from the 2nd floor toilet drainage, some maintenance in the rooms required especially in the kitchen and bathroom area. There is also presence of cockroach. Bed linens and pillow case is not properly cleaned there were some stains. It seems like not changed at all. Limited parking areas.

Location of the building - almost within the center of the city so it is very accessible to all tourist spots.

Let me put it in bullet points: * Pre-payment is not true: They still ask me to pay via G-CASH before the date of our booking or else they will cancel the booking. Pre-payment is real!?? * Customer Service is bad and that "agent" is rude: We asked for assistance and request not so late night (after our city tour) and he responded that office is close and NO ONE can help us. Really a big sorry Wow to us, is that a Transient style!? * Unit is not well maintained (Room G613): Broken and not working heater, unwashed pillow case, stained bed mattress, filthy kitchen with small crawling creatures a.k.a cockroaches - we had enough!
