Water heater not working and cockroaches

I like this place because it is nice, clean and comfortable. It is also very near (just a walking distance) to Burnham Park, night market, Session Road and SM.

I like this Property because its in Centre of the City, its walking distance to SM Shopping Mall

The Toilet, its hard to close the sliding Door and can not Lock it.

location is near tourist spot

i think there is no rule about the noise, woke up at 1am as I think some tenants are having party. property has no aircon that we had to keep the windows open, thus hearing all the outside noise. dogs barking at 2am , 4am and 5am didnt sleep much

Nothing, staff gave me a hard time and scammed me.They were very rude and when I asked them politely to fix the problem THEY created they told me to calm down or they will call the police and pointed to a sign on the wall.

The property emailed me asking for money in advance when I had a booking with no prepayment required. When I got there they had cancelled my booking and then asking for more money to make a new booking.

Not maintained, staff not trained in a hospitality setting.

Spacious for us 4 adults and 3 kids with 2 rooms, 2 CR, kitchen
