We had to ask for some amenties but the problem was solved right away

Quite an affordable stay considering the location (which is Baguio city).

There is a smell coming from the bathroom even though it looks clean. The outlets don't work in the kitchen and some in the bedrooms. Some staff are too loud in the morning.

The location is accessible and near in the city center

The bathrooms are dirty, full of mold, it seems like they haven't cleaned for a long time, the utensils in the kitchen are dirty even the cupboards in the kitchen are dirty.

Broken dining chairs.

I like the staff of the property they are so accomodating it’s just too bad their place is not so good.

We were given an absolute rubbish room. The place stinks like no one uses the room for ages, mattress covers looks like never been replace since the last guest, we only stayed for 1 hour and we all itch ourself, all the cabinet doors are nearly fallen apart same as the dining table chairs, there is tv but not working when we tried to watch something. I know this is a budget friendly place and no air condition but guest want to stay comfy my bad because we didn’t check the place before we book it. As i said my mates and i only stayed for 1 hour to look for another place such a waste of money i was so disappointed.

I like it because it is Pet Friendly. It has two bathrooms and two rooms. It has fridges. Some utensils, rice cooker and electric stove.

I don't like the smell. Not clean. I asked them to remove the smell. They spray something but when we come back, the smell is still there. We swept the floor when we arrived to ensure that our pet can walk around the floor free of dust. No soap for utensils.
