Affordability, it's the most cheapest one out there. Nothing can beat it when it comes to price. Also the location, it's near burnham park, it's in the heart of everything in baguio.

If you're a picky traveler, then this one isn't for you. It's ridden with cockroaches, big and small. Our room door lock was broken also, so you need someone from outside to open it up for you. Bedsheets and pillows have a funny smell in them. Parking is a horror, especially if you're bringing big cars. Avoid if you have a budget. Pick when you only want a place to sleep, but sleep with cockroaches.

It's just around the city center. You can escape the baguio traffic during peak season because you can just walk around the vicinity.

Parking rules are not that organized. They said its a first come, first serve basis on the zenmist slots, yet the guards are reserving the slots. Leaving us with no choice but to park on the streets even the zenmist slots are still available. It is so unfair.

Near Burnham Park, 2 bathrooms, good for groups of 5-6 pax. Lots of mirrors and cabinet spaces. Water heater works well.

One of the bathroom doors needed repair, no pans and microwave to reheat or cook food. Poor acoustics so you can hear neighbors' noises. Toilet blinds have molds and cockroaches/insects move freely about.

I like that the property is near places you would want to visit. It’s just behind Crown Legacy and Spades superclub so if u want to party, its convenient

Not sure if the staff is in a hurry to have the place ready but the rice cooker pot has burnt rice stucked reaaaaally bad on it lol. My mother had to clean and scrubbed it herself so we can use it. No handtowels, not even one for the kitchen. The internet sucks tbh. I am a virtual assistant and i had to grab a ride to a coworking station and spent P60 per hour there just to do my work.
