Location was great, walking distance to burnham park which is really convenient. parking was convenient for us, our car was secure. We were able to use to kitchen to cook our own food. Complete set of tables and bed was comfortable enough for all of us.

Internet router was not cooperating. Video calls were getting cut off. I was planning to show the place to our friends, but internet access kept on disconnecting.

saw some small roaches; could use a microwave oven to reheat food more easily; maybe some cleaning materials in the unit for guests who are neat freaks who might want to clean up after themselves..

The staff were friendly and nice.

One of the beds had signs of molds. Didn't bother checking the other ones because we were afraid to look.

The bed was comfortable

The electric outlet in the kitchen was loose. It was very difficult to plug the burner in.

The smell of the room stinks.

The staff were good. It’s probably the best part of our stay because the staff were nice. They were helpful with our needs though we needed to pay for an extra fan given we rented a 2br - there was only 1 fan for the whole room (living, dining, and 2 rooms). Anyway, I think that’s part of the policy and not related to staff courtesy. So overall, that’s what we liked. The staff and it is actually cheaper than most of properties around. Except for the unaccommodating guard but I think it is not part of the property admin, rather, under the building’s management.

A lot of things for improvement. We moved into a different 2br from 2nd flr to 5th due to cellular reception. But there were a lot of cockroaches on the room throughout the stay. The one in 2nd flr got a broken bathroom door that my niece got stuck inside the bathroom and the door almost fell on her.
