Das Zimmer ist groß. Shuttleservice. Spielzeug für Familie und Kinder. Ruhige Lager.

Das Hotel ist durch viele junge Damen und Herren aus Australia und UK betrieben. Das Service ist nach UK / Australia Standard ausgerichtet, ist aber weiter weg von eine 4 Stern Hotel in Japan. Frühstück Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt und gar keine Japanische Essen zu wählen. Frühstück ist nur von 7 Uhr bis 9 Uhr möglich und laut der Regeln der Hotel soll das Frühstück in 30min erledigt werden, da die Küche und Esszimmer zu klein sind. Roomservice alle 4 Tage und Grund Reinigung alle 8 Tage sind kein 4 Stern Hotel! Mann hat das Gefüll wie in eine Australien Jungenherberge, aber nicht in eine 4 Stern Japanische Hotel. Shuttleservice ist in der Ferienzeit komplett übergebucht, dass wir paar Mal laufen müssen oder länger Zeit auf Abholung warten müssen. Mit ca.300 Euro per Übernachtung kriegt mann Vorort viele bessere.

"Great location for a self sufficient stay to see the mountains and snowboard"

The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was walkable to town. Although needed transport to supermarkets. Very helpful transport bus to get to snowfields just need to be organised and give at least two hours notice. Room was huge and very comfortable with great views.

The included breakfast left much to be desired. Recommended bringing your own breakfast.
