the room was massive - we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment that could fit 6 people comfortably, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in room, 2 toilets, 4 beds and a massive smart TV with JBL sound system that supported netflix and disney+. it even came with a massive backyard with a full BBQ grill Would imagine this would be wonderful for large family getaways in seasons outside of winter (which we were in). We also loved the smart electronic bathtub that we could control the temperature of. Beds were comfortable. the staff was also friendly and spoke english.

nothing. everything was excellent to be honest - breakfast was a modest spread but they put in great effort in serving a different menu item every morning.

We absolutely loved our stay in Hakuba. It was our first time seeing snow, and the experience was truly unforgettable, we honestly didn’t want to leave. The accommodation was comfortable, welcoming, and made our trip feel so special. The service we received was above and beyond. The staff were incredibly helpful and even made extra arrangements for breakfast, which we really appreciated. We were also really grateful for the shuttle service, especially with our large family.

Very spacious and comfortable stay! The room was extremely spacious — much larger than anything you’d find in other cities at the same budget. It was actually set up with two beds, and my little one was so excited to have her own area to sleep in. The cooking equipment is provided which is convenient. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. On our second day, we encountered heavy snow and our car wasn’t equipped with winter tyres. The staff kindly drove us to breakfast, dinner, and the ski resorts. They even spent hours helping us clear the snow from our car and buying and installing snow chains. We truly cannot express how grateful we are. We will definitely come back next time!

We had a great stay. The facilities they had to offer- pool table, darts common area was great. Suite we stayed in was good size and very comfortable for 4 people. Location was great. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was something different each morning. Laundry facilities were good too. Shuttle bus service offered by the property was really convenient too.

We unfortunately booked in between the seasons so we were 1 week too early for snow, which meant the property restaurant and bar were not open yet- and also meant a lot of places close by like shops and restaurants were not open or were getting ready for ski season. Near train station had great coffee shop and down the road from there the best ramen ever.

We were upgraded to an amazing apartment. We watched monkeys in the trees for over a half hour, right from the patio. Awesome!
