Villa Kavourakia

Our stay at Kavourakia Guesthouse on the beautiful island of Skiathos from July 26th to July 30th, 2025, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and beauty of this place. The house itself was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. The terrace, with its panoramic vistas, offered some of the most incredible scenery we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, we found ourselves constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. Words can't quite do justice to the peace and serenity that the location provides — it truly felt like a slice of paradise. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. He was not only kind and genuinely welcoming but also incredibly attentive and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. From offering local tips to assisting with transportation, his willingness to go the extra mile made us feel at home. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth in a host, and it really enhanced our overall experience. There is absolutely nothing we could fault during our time at Kavoarakia. Every moment was perfect, and we left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with stunning views, excellent hospitality, and a place that feels like home, Kavoarakia is the place to be. We highly recommend it!

A lovely peaceful spot with a homely feel. Friendly and beautiful . Staff were attentive and amiable. Loads of gorgeous plants and delightful animals. Bring treats!

Prekrásny výhľad z obrovskej terasy, vybavenie, milý hostiteľ, psík a mačka, ktorí si tam pokojne polihovali, zastávka, supermarket a gyros hneď dole na ceste pod ubytovaním, blízkosť pláží, proste všetko! Niet čo vytknúť. Veľmi pekne dakujeme a odporúčame!!❤️

Die Lage war perfekt auf einer ruhigen Anhöhe mit Blick aufs Meer und einem wunderschönen, liebevoll hergerichteten Garten. Babis ist ein äußerst netter und gastfreundlicher Vermieter mit guten Tips für die Insel.

Great location! Lovely, clean apartment! The view from our balcony was amazing! Brilliant views of the the bay and olive groves from our room! Babis, the owner is the most lovely, helpful man and is so knowledgeable regarding the area and the best places to visit.

There was nothing not to like!

Sehr schön gelegene Zimmer mit toller Aussicht und guter Ausstattung! Auch an Mückengitter wurde gedacht. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sehr gründliche und regelmäßige Reinigung der Zimmer.

Uns waren die Betten zu weich. Außerdem ist die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft im unteren Teil unbeleuchtet und abends stockdunkel. Man sollte also immer sein Handy geladen haben oder eine Taschenlampe dabei. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten.

Siamo stati benissimo! La stanza era come in descrizione, con un piccolo angolo cottura dotato di tutto e un bellissimo terrazzino sul verde. La posizione è molto comoda: a metà trada tra le spiagge più belle e la città principale (a 10 massimo 15 minuti di motorino). Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha anche consigliato un ristorante in cui abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Consigliatissimo
