Posto geograficamente comodo per visitare le migliori spiagge di Skiathos; distante circa 6,5 km dal centro cittadino. Proprietario sempre molto accogliente e cordiale, ci ha dato indicazioni utili sul soggiorno.

Near buss station, close to giros fast food, small grocery store and around 400 meters to wonderful beach with great Beach-house restaurant and bar. The host is very friendly and helpful. Our aircons get broke and next morning came new one. That is great service from the host. I will gladly return to Villa Kavourakia.

Be prepared to have some kind of light because half of the way to the villa is in total darkness without any lights. The second half is with lights.

Propriétaire très accueillant et professionnel. Très bel appartement deux chambres avec une grande terrasse donnant accès à une vue incroyable sur la baie de Kolios. Climatisation efficace dans les deux chambres. Petite crique et belle plage de sable à 500m (la maison étant un peu en hauteur, le retour de la plage peut être ardu).

We liked the accommodation (super clean and with exceptional views), the owner, who was really helpful and ensured that we had a good experience and stay, as well as the dog and the cats who were extra friendly as well. 😀

Πεντακάθαρο, καταπληκτική θέα, ευρύχωρα δωμάτια,σε ήσυχο περιβάλλον!!!! Αξίζει η διαμονή με χίλια!!!!!!!!
