The view is incredible! The property grounds are beautiful. The landscaping is gorgeous, the pool is super clean and not crowded. It overlooks the Adriatic Sea, with seating where you can relax and watch the moon rise. You definitely need a car, but everything you could want is close by. The staff is over-the-top friendly and helpful. The room is stocked with just about anything you could need.

It wasn't an issue because it was warm when we visited, but the bed only has a sheet for a blanket. I definitely used my blanket I brought on the plane. Not a big deal, but just a heads up to future guests.

Wonderful, exquisite place. I’ve never stayed in a residence so beautiful. Every corner of the place is so well-thought through. Designed so nicely. The mountain and sea view are in abundance and breathtaking. The host is wonderfully kind and welcoming and made our stay very pleasant. The other staff too were always kind and friendly with the kids. We chose to have breakfast and we were not disappointed. A wonderful spread of fresh croissants, fresh juice, meats and cheeses. The accommodation itself is well laid out, well-equipped and comfortable for the needs of our family (2 adults, 2 children). Clean linen, fresh towels, wonderful shower. The pool and the area is absolutely pristine and one with, once again, a perfect view. I cannot recommend this place enough. It exceeded any expectations and we would gladly return. Our only, reservation is that we wish we had stayed longer! Thank you for having us.

"Gargano paradise"

Clean, well maintained and modern room. The grounds are very well kept and have lots of spots to take in the spectacular views. Pool is amazing, like something from a movie. Located out of town but Mattinata is only 10 minutes away by car. Convenient to the best beaches of the Gargano.
