Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautifully located by the river, offering peaceful views and easy access to the city’s main attractions. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was a very unreliable and seem to be unfixable no matter the location. Still, a lovely place to stay, this was a minor incovenience!"

For those people who have a sweet tooth, having breakfast at the restaurant could be quite boring: everyday few cakes and always the same.

Together with its older brother, Hotel Niebieski, it is one of the best located hotels in Kraków with a splendid view over the Vistula river and just 3 tram stops from the Old Town. It serves excellent breakfasts that you can eat on the external terrace overlooking the river. The area is quiet despite its location next to a relatively busy Kosciuszki street. The rooms are equipped with AC, so no worries if it gets too hot outside.

It is very subjective, but being a light sleeper I cherish all opportunities to have a good night's sleep. It was not entirely the case here, unfortunately. First, the beds are too soft for my liking. But what it is worse, there is a poor sound insulation and a noisy door closing system making it difficult to sleep from the very moment that the hotel restaurant starts serving breakfasts. Which is early. A pity indeed.

Excellent buffet breakfast: wide range of choices, from traditional Polish food (salads, sweets) to English breakfast. I loved fresh homemade 100% fruit smoothies and the view from the restaurant terrace! Rooms looking at the river have nice view. Free water, coffee and tea in rooms every day. Great value for money for Krakow. Quiet location, outside the main tourist area, but still not far away (15-20 min. on foot), with tram stop just in front of the Hotel. A 24-hour reception with helpful staff!

Rooms on the top floor are more beautiful and seem recently renovated, while rooms (or some of them, at least mine) on the lower floors would benefit from a renovation (old furniture). The Hotel doesn´t have its own reception, but uses the reception of the Nebieski Art Hotel & Spa (literally next building with the same entrance from the street), which is not a problem, but it would be nice if the Blue Swan´s guest had free access to the Spa facilities.

Nice location alongside the river Visla, close to Wavel castle and city centre, tram station is very close. Small room with TV, keetle and bathroom with amenities. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

There wasn't fridge in the room, nonpractical shelves in the bathroom. No rooms with double bed, mattress were soft and uncomfottable.

No elevator

I really appreciated an early check-in and the balcony with a beautify river view. Breakfast was absolutely tasty (several vegetarian options too). Food is served in the restaurant on a 3rd floor. As it was warm, I was eating outside in the balcony, so it was even more special. Room itself is outdated (design from late 90s or early 2000s), but it's kept well. I could surely hear conversations behind the walls and people in the corridor (so all as described in the feedback from others). I believe the hotel was not fully booked for both of the nights, so it was not that bad, but be ready you will hear more than you want :D Hotel offers also bike rental for extra money - highly recommended (although the deal comes with no insurance). In general, the hotel is not fancy, but it is well kept, comfy, offers amazing breakfast, is not that far from the old town and is surely worth the money ;)

Sound proof is not something the hotel can be proud of.
