The hotel is located by the riverside and offers a beautiful view. Breakfast options were sufficient, and the Wi-Fi worked well on the second floor. Overall, it's a good value for the price.

However, the room showed signs of wear: furniture was worn out, the wardrobe doors didn’t close properly, the carpet had stains, and one of the bath towels had a hole. (I didn’t report these issues, so I can't comment on how the staff would have responded.) There was no power outlet easily accessible next to the bed, and sound insulation was poor — I could hear everything from the hallway. Morning cleaning activities like vacuuming were quite noisy. I chose the location knowing it was a bit outside the center, but walking to the Old Town can be tiring for some.

The location is fantastic, view of Visla river, easy walk to the old town (but also the office where I had the work meeting) and easy to reach by car. Also garage. And great breakfast.

Very noisy guests on the same floor. The invoice says "Niebeski" so I might have to explain where I was staying (hotel star count is limited for business travel).

Location and closet size gym was good

On first was offered smaller room as booked,after discussion got as per booking. Shower broken, water nearly coming out, dirty carpets, small bed for 2 people, super big noise from street, smelling room from pizzeria down stairs. Parking expensive, small but empty and then stuff car blocked our way to doors. Would not suggest this place-there is better options for that price.

Everything exceeded my expectations! Staff were excellent! I felt really welcomed and supported! I loved the room with beautiful view from the balcony. Slept really well. Thank you for good experience!

There is no elevator. But the staff helped me with my heavy luggage!
