Good location, beautiful view from the room

Broken window in the room, bad wi-fi.

Very nice stay, near the city center. Very lavish breakfast. Nice view on the Visla. Very quiet during the night. Polite people.

Bed mattresses should be more comfortable.

1. Service in the reception desk is friendly and high efficient on invoice issue. 2. Room is clean and I love the flowers in the window. 3. Breakfast is rich with egges,meat,fruits,drinks everything. 4. I really enjoyed dinner in warm sunshine with perfect view of the river.

Great location right on the Vistula bank. It was very nice to have walks on the river bank. If you like walking this is the place! We also liked that the place has a garage, however, it’s located underground and very steep. A decent breakfast for a price.

It was difficult to get in due to road being under construction (but it’s not the hotel’s fault)

The hotel is next to the Vistula, near to the Wavel. The reception lady was kind and helpful, our room was tiny but comfortable. On request we have got a room with river sight which was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and colorful we tried a lot of polish speciality.
