Copper House- Smart Stay near Stadium & City

Only location was quite convenient. Nothing else was that I could like.

I guess the photos on the advert were taken when the property was revamped but now its all looking way worse. Immediately after arrival contacted the management who didn't bother to respond to my complain to this day (about 6 weeks now) The area adjacent to the building in terrible state. Loads of rubbish bags and rubbish left overs flying about. Musty odors in the corridor and in the flat. Sticky tops, table and floors in the kitchen. Carpets in the bedrooms seen better days. Window frames dirty as hell. Window blinds partially missing in the kitchen/lounge, which was very inconvenient as it was a ground floor apartment and people walking by can easily see inside. Random cables hanging off the walls. It looked like it there was a cleaner run and bedding was fresh for us but you can't polish a turd :]

The room was very nice. No staff on the premises but spoke to staff on the phone who were very nice and helpful. Parking situation was not ideal, but the room we stayed in was very clean and very big. Perfect for what we needed.

The location of this property was ideal for an away day at the football then a night out in Swansea but also for a chilled time in the room. The check in was a doddle and although It might not look amazing from outside or in the corridors once in your apartment it really is a lovely Spacious room with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable weekend. We throughly recommend it

Fire alarm panel going off every 5 seconds (we counted) for the entirety of our stay, this was reported on the first night but not dealt with and did become annoying at times but certainly not enough to put us off going again.

We loved the spacious layout and modern amenities. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making our stay incredibly enjoyable.

The agents were very prompt. We didn't like the apartment as it was very untidy but they offered to change us to another location which was nice.

Everything , it was dirty in and out. The thermostat was not working. There was mould in the bathroom . The carpet was stained. All surfaces were dirty, in fact it was just horrible
