Copper House- Smart Stay near Stadium & City

The studio was nice and clean. Good value for money. And the location was not bad. You have the Morfa shopping park at a walking distance and the transport to the city is available all the time and stop's very near.

The staff was slow to respond and a lot of times ignored our requests. The pans were a catastrophic state all scratched and rusty. The fridge had a problem, it was melting then freezing by itself.

Parking was very dirty with lots of litter about - food packaging and rubbish etc. The headboards of the single beds were not actually attached to the bed and just leaning against the wall? Double bed mattress was very uncomfortable and needs replacing.

Nice large open bedroom, facilities were good.

3 plates in the cupboard were dirty, upstairs rooms creaked so loud when people moved around above. Trains right next to building were very noisy, parking wasn’t great.

Nice, clean and well-lit property Owner was prompt to assist in resolving any issue

Wi-Fi signal was a nightmare, very frustrating Trying to see which of the televisions is compatible with connecting to the very low and unreliable wifi

Location was awful. Trains all day, smell was dreadful smelt like sewers. Bed was like lying on a board,mattress was non existence and rolled in the middle . We booked for 2 nights and only stayed for 1. Location was a nightmare,parking was useless. Perfect for work men but definitely not for relaxing ..
