Location and price. Had issues with very noisy people above me but was resolved by the staff.

Halls not cleaned, garbage outside not picked up.

Very much cannot complain given the price.

The parking situation. The driveway they have is incredibly steep and badly paved, and only fits maximum 3 cars.
