didn’t have housekeeping

near the beach; clean & spacious unit; lots of cooking & eating utensils; free parking; staff easy to reach;

way too many plates but no dishwasher. maybe some of the cabinets could be removed to make way for a small dishwasher… also, minor but kinda unsettling- the sheets & towels smelled like “someone” so it’s weird like hmmm is this newly washed or usef? would have preferred it to smell of detergent rather than someone’s perfume the shower water pressure was poor. the unit was also full of intimidation in “rules” verbage on signs. the l language on the notice s could be refined so as not to sound unwelcoming. it would also be good to receive those “rule” before we arrive

The location is close to everything in Waikiki downtown you can walk to the store and the beach. The staff and office manager was very nice, approachable and accommodating, they even allowed us to rent strollers and beach mats. The rooms were big has everything, kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils, clean and has a nice small outdoor patio. We will definitely book again in the future. Thank you PonoAloha :)
