The free parking, the ease of checking into and out of the hotel, the location was super central and the view was gorgeous from our room. It was walking distance to Waikiki beach and everything in downtown.

That towels were only given to us every 5 days and the office hours were limited so it was hard to get to them if we needed them. Also the shower head pressure was so low that it made showering a longer process then it should have. We were also woken up at 0530am for a false fire alarm and it happened again during our stay where the elevators malfunctioned as we were trying to get to our rooms. It took us about 45 minutes to get from the lower level to our room because there was only 1 functional elevator working after the false fire alarm.

Great location, price and all around great place.

Easy check-in process. Good location and cozy room! We spent most of our time outside of the hotel and used the hotel just to sleep and relax, so it was perfect for us. The parking spot came in so clutch because lord knows parking in Waikiki is insane. It was also nice having plates and utensils for our leftovers!

Everything was great!

Beds were like sleeping on boards. Air conditioner was undersized for the unit - especially in the middle of summer.
