Too short a stay

The location is great just a few blocks to the beach. Parking included was an added value. I liked the “extras” like coffee filters, tinfoil, etc. that guests usually have to purchase which adds to so much waste when it gets thrown away in between rentals. Air conditioning worked well at night. Front desk staff and bellman nice. ( although for this unit, we didn’t need the hotel staff) Chieko was friendly and responsive.

We’ve stayed in the Banyan condos and hotel many times over the years. Each private unit is owned and operated differently. This unit has probably not been updated for the last 30 to 40 years. 1970s-ish with old saggy carpet, drawers and cabinets that didn’t open and close easily. No blackout curtain- Sun shines in through white curtains. Need to have recycle bins. SO.MUCH.WASTE.

The location was excellent for our needs, a couple block walk from the better section of Waikiki beach. Our room was on the upper floors, so had an excellent view of Diamond Head and the beach. Parking was also a huge plus. The room was clean and new towels were provided about 4 days into our 8 day stay.

The room was a bit dated and had some incidental dings, none of which diminished the stay. Elevators sometimes took a few minutes to arrive and were generally crowded and we opted to park on the higher allowable areas to find easier access, but no big deal since you could access the parking garage from the associated floor/ elevator.

Convenient to beach shops

Condo was tired and in need of update. Lifts in building were inadequate. Had to wait 10 minutes.

Centrally located, great view. The apartment was better than we expected, great value. Parking was easy and excellent value.

Waiting on elevators, had to wait Sometimes over 20 mins to get to or leave our room, we were on a very high floor.
