The location is excellent. Pool is beautiful.

The pool showers and tennis courts were under construction and that was disappointing.

The location and the view

There’s no door diving the room and living room no privacy

Good size apartment with view. All most spacious in comparison to lot of other places. Comes with small balcony.

The apartment has great bones, but has had no love put in a decade. Furniture is dated and not fit for purpose. Beds too soft and dips in the middle, the sofa bed is not usable. Instead, the room comes with a foldaway sponge that you can put on floor to sleep. The huge coffee table had no table top, broken door handles. The room needs deep cleaning in kitchen and bathroom, as sinks are laced with mold, the fridge that sits adjacent to kitchen bench as grease stains on it. The property has no dishwasher but also no dish drainer. It will not take much to spruce the place up, but it has been failed by the owners, the property managers and cleaners.

I loved the views from the balcony. Absolutely beautiful. And the easy access to everything. Parking was good as well. Everything was easy from arrival to departure. Staff were helpful. They have a mart on the first level, stocks a variety of products opens till 10pm. Apartment was a good size with doors dividing the bedroom/bathroom from the living area. Laundry on same level and rubbish disposal area. The views were really good, better than we expected.

The furniture on the balcony was rusty so didn't sit out there often as we were worried about getting rust on our clothes. Maybe plastic furniture might be better. Children said the beds weren't comfortable. Just a little bit of love would be good in different areas. Vacuum didn't seem to work either. I still think we got a good deal for our stay there.
