La vétusté de la chambre, placard cassé, prise qui ne fonctionne pas, lunette des toilettes cassée, lumiere qui ne fonctionne pas. Et le clou du spectacle 2 grosses blattes en rentrant dans la chambre : 1 dans la baignoire et l’autres au dessus du lit

Abbiamo passato due notti a Bellavista Avenida ad Albufeira. Il complesso si trova in una buona posizione, il centro è raggiungibile in 15-20 minuti a piedi. Zona ben fornita in quanto a servizi. Appartamenti carini. Servizio piscina ottimo.

Siamo stati un po' delusi poichè essendo un appartamento in un complesso pensavamo ci fossero forniti gli utensili da cucina invece purtroppo il posto è sprovvisto di pentole e padelle per cui ci siamo dovuti arrangiare in altro modo per i pasti. Non presente aria condizionata/ventilatore. L'appartamento è carino ma un po' vecchio, rivedrei un po' la pulizia.

Reception was rarely open. Times were advertised but even the advertised times half of the time someone wasn’t present. The beds were unbearably uncomfortable to the point it caused quite severe back pain for both my wife and I following the first 2 nights (after which we chose to book another hotel). Any time you tried to move on the bed, the bed made an absolute racket. The hotel was very loud at night - you could hear through the walls and out into the garden areas throughout the night and into the very early hours. The hotel claims to not allow stag and hen parties but there was a group of 23 drunk men ranging between 25 and 40 by the pool on our second day. On the morning of day 3 there was vomit in the pool. Predictably a result of this group and their antics the night before for the football (England were playing in the evening, but I didn’t need to say that, did I?). The group proudly announced they had cheated on their girlfriends, hadn’t slept from the night before as the drugs they had consumed kept them awake, they had vomited in the sink to the point it had overflowed, and beat their pet dog to ensure it behaves. The pool is accompanied by an SS style system of patrols and cameras to ensure you’re not consuming any food or drink from outside the walls of the hotel. Given this is a self catering hotel, this defeats the point of the booking. Everything other than water was removed by the bar staff. This is greed. They want you to buy their food and their drinks despite the slow bar speed and lack of any sense of quality. This is clearly not to limit/monitoring alcohol consumption as the bar tender was happy to sell cocktails, triple shots and beers all morning to people who had already had far to much. This policy was entirely about the greed of the hotel and a need to collect extra money from guests who have already paid far too much. The room looked like there had been a fight in it.

Extremely uncomfortable beds - mattresses poor and it was 2 beds pushed together which meant they were constantly sliding apart. No air con which was annoying
