Location and easy access to the property

Can get very loud and roudy with young people who are there to party

Great location to old town and new town. Lots of decent supermarkets around. Nice helpful staff at reception & in the bar. Spacious apartment with a lovely pool view.

We didn’t realise there was no aircon in our apartment. It can be a little noisy at night with people coming home late from the pubs, woke us a few times.

It was only 10 min walk to either the old town or the strip

Room had no view was in a tight little corner, was on a main rd really noisy, and the pool was absolutely freezing

The location was very close. Almost half way between Newtown and old town

I didn’t like the sun loungers they were hard and uncomfortable, the beds were also very uncomfortable. The pool not being heated, the cockroaches, the fact that we did not get clean towels for the full 5 days and the bar being under stocked. All things that were minor but could be improved upon to make the guests more comfortable
