Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscinas is closed from Sun 29 Sept 2024 until Fri 16 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Accommodation with pets, ONLY DOGS ALLOWED. The conditions are the following: • There is a dog fee of €10 per night and a cleaning fee of €20 per stay. • Maximum weight: 10 kg • Accommodation with dogs does not include a bed, food bowl or water bowl. • Dogs are not allowed in areas where food or drinks are served or in wellness areas (swimming pool). • Cleaning service is available for an additional fee of EUR 50 (includes changing of sheets and towels). • A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be required upon arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. • Important: Expired identification documents will not be accepted. • Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations. • Please note that the shuttle service to the beach by *trenecito* is ONLY available from June 15 to September 15.
