You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscinas is closed from Sun 29 Sept 2024 until Fri 16 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Accommodation with pets, ONLY DOGS ALLOWED. The conditions are the following: • There is a dog fee of €10 per night and a cleaning fee of €20 per stay. • Maximum weight: 10 kg • Accommodation with dogs does not include a bed, food bowl or water bowl. • Dogs are not allowed in areas where food or drinks are served or in wellness areas (swimming pool). • Cleaning service is available for an additional fee of EUR 50 (includes changing of sheets and towels). • A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be required upon arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. • Important: Expired identification documents will not be accepted. • Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations. • Please note that the shuttle service to the beach by *trenecito* is ONLY available from June 15 to September 15.

La piscina es bastante grande y muy bien cuidada. El personal agradable y atento.

La última vez que estuvimos había un tren que te llevaba a la playa y es una pena que lo hayan quitado.

El apartamento es bastante amplio, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y muy bien insonorizado, perfecto para el descanso.

Hemos echado en falta algún trapo de cocina, abridores, los aires acondicionados dan a la terraza, lo cual da mucho calor si lo tienes puesto mientras estás en la terraza, y alguna que otra tela de araña tras las puertas. Todos los poyetes estaban sucios. Lo más molesto ha sido aparcar, habiendo aparcamientos de los propios apartamentos, que cuesten 10€ en el exterior y estuviesen libres no tiene mucho sentido, hemos aparcado todos los días lejos.

Las instalaciones de la piscina una maravilla y las vistas igual. El garaje genial plazas muy amplias. En general limpio. Zona tranquila donde puedes dar bonitos paseos e ir incluso andando a la playa ya que se encuentra muy cerca. Hay Mercadona y todavía más cerca un consum. Es nuestro segundo año y repetiremos sin duda

Nos dieron un bajo no nos pareció seguro ya que el acceso desde la calle es super fácil un murito que llega a la cintura y una puerta de chapa la puerta de la terraza no cerraba bien por lo que dejábamos la persiana bajada hasta abajo y por supuesto nada en la terraza. la limpieza con unas cuantas telarañas con sus arañas correspondientes en salón y terraza. Por lo demás limpio y bien.

La profesionalidad y amabilidad de Carmen. Su atención, sus recomendaciones turísticas. La piscina es genial, parece que estas en el mismo caribe. Cerca de supermercados, con aire acondicionado y grandes terrazas que hacen que te sientas como en casa

Por decir algo, lo brusca que fue la gobernanta. Se ve que la atención al cliente no es lo suyo y se metió en una conversación cuando nadie se lo había pedido.

Zona tranquila para ir con niños.la piscina está muy bien y las camas muy cómodas. Para aparcar hay bastante sitio por la zona sin necesidad de pagar el parking

Está un poco lejos de la zona del centro necesitas coche para todo y .no hay ningún bar al rededor para poder tomar algo por lo demás todo genial.
