The view was nice

1.We paid for a 3 sleeper room, however when we got there after 10 at night, they gave our room to someone else. 2. When we expressed our concerns to the owner of the place, we were told that she is doing us a favor by letting us in after 10pm. When we asked where is the third person suppose to sleep, she said it's none of her concern, she will move us to another room the next day ( we booked for 2 nights) 4. You are not suppose to leave the premises after 10pm, otherwise they don't let u in. 5.We were not given a remote key for the gate, when we asked for one,they told us to pay an extra R200, which was not explained or stated on booking.com.or when we arrived at the premises. 6.The bedding had spiderwebs on. The blankets were dirty, we could not even use it. 7.The lady that worked at the front desk was not welcoming

cleanliness of the place, not far from malls, and restaurants, well located

mountainous, parking challenges, inexperienced drives will find it hard to maneuver, hard to find the place, the owner cant speak English, making it difficult to communicate

When we got here they only wanted to give us one apartment while I booked for two so the admin here isn’t proper . The main gate doesn’t work with a remote , it was raining we had to manually open it ourselves , secondly our door was not locking , and the hot water wasn’t coming out , the pressure of the water is very low and the owner of this place cannot speak English which makes communication difficult . The house mats were dirty and the tv wasn’t working. The pictures on the booking is different to what they offer .

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Host dsnt respond to your request. Just leaves you out of the limbo. Not a good host....poor

Reception did not respond when I arrived to get keys even after arranging early check in. Communication poor

Was spacious enough and room had almost everything you would need

The drains have a bad smell there is no proper plug facilities no milk or creamer provided in the room for the coffee the noise from surrounding rooms were a bit much and there was no Remote for the TV to change the chanel of dstv but after all wasn't too bad
