I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this property. I booked and fully paid in advance, with confirmation received. However, just as I was about to board my flight to Johannesburg, I was suddenly informed that I could no longer be accommodated due to a “broken window.” This was completely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress during my travel. Although the host arranged alternative accommodation for the first night, when I returned to the original property the following day, the experience was even worse — there was no power and no water. When I raised my concerns with the lady at the property, instead of offering an explanation or assistance, she made light of the situation by shouting outside, “God, there’s no power, there’s no water,” and came back saying, “You see, even God cannot help us.” I found this response completely inappropriate and dismissive. The property was poorly managed, the communication was unhelpful, and I felt completely disrespected as a guest. The owner showed no concern, and overall, the service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable or professional stay.

The environment and the staff is so friendly and helpful

The young lady at reception was kind and hardworking Cleaning up all the rooms and accommodating.

The rooms were tidy and beds were comfortable.

Our doors couldn’t lock. Other guests/visitors came in very late and made a terrible noise. I used “manage your booking” to contact the property to book an extra room and paid for it, but on arrival the room was already occupied by another guest. The owner just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry; nothing she can do about it. She did pay the money back. We left at 7:00 and the gate needed to be open by the assistant. She came out in pyjamas. We did say that we will be leaving early. That is not professional.
