Osom Resort

The service was brilliant starting with the pick from the port by their transport by Eddy. Swift check in and flexibility offered by Dorothy. The room was clean and well stocked and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with a wide variety of options. It was really nice that all the food was made to order and the portions were very generous. Some of the reviews i read complained about the accessibility. The walk to the shops is not too far , the small challenge would be walking back to the property which has a small incline. Any person with no mobility issues should be able to manage and as it is a holiday no need to hurry, but may take some time if you are not fit. ( we are talking about just 10 mins) The pool area is spacious, clean and has beautiful views. The property also has beautiful 360 views.

Room was about small, only space for one suitcase. And investing in a professional coffee machine would be great …

We had a lovely stay in early May. We couldn't fault anything except maybe the weather. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Plenty of loungers by the pool and the food was brilliant. Gregory and Dorothy were so lovely too.

This hotel has very friendly staffs and excellent hospitality. As soon as we arrived, the staff explained about shops, restaurant around the hotel, how to get to the beach etc. Breakfast is excellent, you can choose any food on the menu as you like, no limitation, and of course everything was really tasty. They could even accept us to advance order since we had to leave before 9am to get the plane.

Hard to find bad point. If I have to say something the location is not so convenient. But If you rent a car, no issue with access. Even if you don't rent a car, only 10 minutes ride from Mykonos town by public bus to the nearest bust stop and 7 to 8 min walk from the bus stop to the hotel.

Room size and the view from the room. Room service was good

Swimming pool water wasn't good at all, too much salt. It was like a dip in the sea. No personal eatables were allowed at the pool side. People with different eating habits have problems. At least a 1.5 litre drinking water bottle every day should be provided as part of the service

Dorothy at reception is very helpful and sweet. She had lots of good tips. The gentleman in the evening wasn’t so helpful. Pool is lovely and clean - it’s salt water so easy to float in. Breakfast was pretty good too - service was good.

Location - the hotel is called the Other Side of Mykonos (OSOM) so you’re a little away from the center of things if you’re hoping to walk to restaurants. But if you get an ATV, Scooter or Car then the location doesn’t matter too much.
