Beautiful location and pool area, great view, clean room and delicious food.

The place is beautiful, the suite is spacious and spotless clean (2 bedroom suite with pool and sea view). Breakfast is wonderful. Good location, fantastic views. Everything looks new and very well kept. But the highlight of this resort is the amazing service. Everyone at the hotel is not only nice and kind, but rather genuinely cares about making one feel good, welcome and comfortable. The kind hearts of Dorothy and Ronaldo are the true beauty of Osom Resort. Thank you guys for everything you have done for us!

They were amazing! We were staying for one night and would be leaving prior to breakfast starting so they made sure we had a breakfast takeaway! It was my birthday and they did an amazing job of making that one night special! The hotel was quiet and close to the beach!

The area outside the hotel were a bit messy and had no sidewalk so you had to be careful walking around with all the traffic around.

Staff were helpful organizing arrival and departure transfers, check-in was smooth and really helpful with suggesting dinner spots. We had a lovely day lounging by the pool, just what we needed at the end of our holiday

The pool is nice

The pictures look nicer than reality and the rooms feel very bare and don’t have a lot of the decor that is show. (I.e. rugs, flowers etc). Breakfast wasn’t great and the chef doesn’t know how to make eggs. Flies everywhere around the pool/food area. Not great overall and definitely overpriced especially considering the location.
