Apartment was spatious, breakfast was repetitive but OK, staff was wonderful although overwhelmed, AC worked well View was beautiful Very few noises

- Crowded, dingy and rusty pools, - jacuzzi was out of comission - small kiddy pool was out of comission - the pool furniture is awful - crowded breakfast no matter the hour - restaurant too small for that many guests - only 2 lifts for 16 floors, - cleaning was subpar although the cleaning ladies really did their best - needed an extra duvet from the dresser smelled nasty and was dusty, - kitchen was a nightmare (microwave timer didn't work, had to buy dishwasher tablets, not one plastic container in sight, no washing machine, no toaster, under equipped, the trashlid didn't work properly, one power outlet for 3 appliances - the couch was about the most unconfortable thing we've ever experienced - automated light in the apartment corridor was unnecessary, woke everyone up if you used the loo during the night - window doors to the veranda wouldn't close properly, had to call for help upon arrival. It took a long time before someone came - blackout curtains too small. We were up at 6:30/7:00 everyday because of daylight seeping through both sides and the middle - house keeping and frontdesk were stingy with toiletpaper - if you don't manage to get one of the fiew parking spots, you have to pay for parking

Estacionamento. Algum staff não qualificado. Melhoria a nível de jardim na piscina exterior. Máquina de café no quarto estragada.
